Lake Ridge Club is a homeowners association consisting of 68 single-family homes, plus "Lot 77", the common area consisting of all the property aside from the land each home occupies. Lot 77 encompasses all of our ponds (6 of them), the roads (which are private), and our "Coach House" (a building used primarily for maintenance activities and our spring party).
Our legal name is "Lake Ridge Club Homeowners Association." We are registered as an Illinois not-for-profit corporation in Burr Ridge, Illinois. As amended, our governing document, the "Declaration of Lake Ridge Club Homeowners Association," is recorded with the Recorder of Deeds, DuPage County, Illinois. LRC was incorporated in 1988.
A Board of Directors governs us. MC Property Management Corporation provides day-to-day administration. a Lemont headquartered and licensed community management company,
The association provides for all of the groundskeeping (lawn mowing; care of trees, bushes, and plantings; care of ponds, lawn irrigation, snow plowing, and shoveling; exterior residence painting (approximately every eight years); and waste collection.
